Stella is located at 660 11th Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 in the vibrant West Midtown neighborhood. Our leasing office is conveniently situated above the main lobby, ensuring easy access upon arrival. When prospects visit, they will be warmly greeted by one of our Experience Ambassadors, who will assist prospects, guests, and residents.
Our leasing office hours are: Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Touring
Yes, you can use our Tour Scheduler on our website and online listing partners to schedule your tour.
No, we do not offer self-guided tours. Stella is a community unlike any other and we want to make sure you see and soak up everything during your visit. Because of that, we only offer guided tours with a member of our leasing team.
We recommend setting aside 1 hour for your tour of Stella.

Our parking garage entrance is located on Edgehill Avenue NW. Upon entering the garage, proceed to the second floor, where you’ll find Stella signage guiding you to our main lobby. From there, our Experience Ambassador will greet you and assist with your tour experience.
Lease Terms & Fees
Yes, we currently offer lease terms of 14 months and longer.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made by accessing your resident portal through the Sentral Life App using bank draft, credit card, or debit card.

Yes, rent can be paid with a credit card through the Sentral Life App. Please note that a processing fee may apply.
Monthly rent may include charges such as the Effortless Living fee, parking, storage, pet rent, trash, and water & sewer, depending on your lease and selections.
Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are billed separately through Conservice for water, sewer, gas, electricity, porter, and trash services.
Yes, in addition to base rent, residents may anticipate the following monthly fees (if applicable):
- Parking Fee – $95.00 per space (1 per lease holder)
- EV Parking Fee – $95.00 per EV space
- Penthouse Tandem Reserved Parking – $175.00 (penthouse only, optional)
- Storage – $75.00 to $200.00 based on size
- Pet Rent – $35.00 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per home)
- Pet Fee – $400.00 per pet
- Effortless Living Fee – $195.00 (includes package delivery, WiFi, pest control, amenity and lifestyle fee)

Yes, all residents must maintain renter’s insurance throughout their lease term. You may choose any provider or visit ePremium Insurance for easy enrollment.
You can expect the following initial fees:
- Application Fee: $150 per applicant
- Administration Fee: $250.00
- Security Deposit: Starting at $500 (amount may vary).

Yes, on-site parking is available at Stella.
Parking fees range from $90.00 to $175.00 per month, depending on the space type.
Yes, guest parking is available.
Yes, Stella offers EV parking options.

Yes, on-site storage is available and ranges from $75.00 to $200.00 per month based on size.
Pets
Yes, Stella is pet-friendly and we welcome your furry friends.
We allow up to 2 pets per home. Pet rent is $35.00 per pet per month, and there is a one-time pet fee of $400.00 per pet.
Maintenance & Service Requests
Yes, Stella has an on-site maintenance team.
Residents can submit maintenance requests 24/7 through the Sentral Life App, which we highly encourage.
For any life-threatening or medical emergency, always call 911 immediately.
If you lock yourself out, please contact our 24-hour Experience Ambassador for assistance.
Move-in
Yes, we provide 1 hour of move-in orientation to all of our residents.
Residents will reach out to Georgia Power to set up electricity. The Stella team will set up water and sewer, which will be paid with the rent payment each month and is based on usage.
There is currently no dedicated security set up at the community. Security measures are expected to change after the on-site restaurant opens.
Miscellaneous
Yes, Stella works with locators. Approved locators receive 100% commission.
Yes, we offer commissions to licensed locators.
Stella does not have an on-site guest suite at this time. However, our sister community up the block, Sentral West Midtown, offers nightly stays.
